A completely new part was placed in front of and on top of the existing offices. The existing offices were thoroughly renovated. An optimal workplace and atmosphere was created for every position within the company. The building also had to become a sample card of possible finishing materials for office and project construction. Due to the expansion of the existing volume, a renewal of the parking and garden became necessary. The geometric pond with wooden bridge is placed in front of the main entrance.

The volumes of the offices are 3 linked elements. On the ground floor, the main entrance is located in the middle and at the transition between two volumes (on the right steel with administrative functions and engineering) and on the left natural stone with meeting room, reception and management. The white (light) volume on the first floor (sales and management) floats above the entrance area and provides shade in the reception area through the crossing. The wooden wall that is perpendicular to the volmues marks the main entrance and makes a link to the garden and the surroundings of the building.

The hallway and stairwell after the entrance is a double-height space with a large light in Reglit glazing at the back. As a result, a lot of light is brought into the central zone where the waiting area and passage to the old part of the offices are located.

A few years later, we also added a volume at the back in a concrete skeleton with concrete panels.
