A warehouse has been located in an inner area for years, it is accessed through a gap in the streetscape, between an apartment building and a house. BBSC may design apartments at the front, but the accessibility of the warehouse/studio at the rear must be maintained. The street facade is also the south facade. The street is an important thoroughfare. That is why BBSC chooses to place terraces behind a grid facade. The facade has the standard 3 division of other buildings in the street, but with larger openings.
