Lange Lobroekstraat

In the new slaughterhouse district, BBSC is building a new apartment building on an existing building for developer Dynamice Real Estate. The stairwell and elevator serve both buildings, the existing will be stripped down to the structure. The new will be the head of the street and its completion will also give it the right appearance as a head building. The facades in the neighborhood play with horizontal and vertical lines through masonry colors and connections. BBSC reinterprets this for the elaboration of the masonry facade.
