A building plot overlooking the runway of Maastricht Airport.
Given the landing route, the building was allowed to have a maximum cornice of 3m. In order to obtain the necessary life internally that belongs to a fresh IT company and to be able to accommodate all functions, a sous-terrain was created that is still bathed in daylight. Fresh white is combined with black and green as the corporate color.
